Role Description
Wir arbeiten in unserem SAP-Bereich mit unseren Kunden an anspruchsvollen Projekten rund um SAP S/4HANA, SAP ABAP (inkl. Fiori/UI5), SAP MM, SAP BW und weiteren Modulen (z.B. IS-U, FI, CO, HCM, EWM, BTP, GTS, RAR, PLM, MDM). Unsere Projekte umfassen alles von Neuimplementierungen bis hin zu Rollouts und individuellen Anpassungen. Der Fokus liegt auf hochwertiger Beratung und Entwicklung, wofür wir vom Kunden sämtliche erforderliche Infrastruktur und Zugänge (Remote-Zugriffe, VPN, Testsysteme etc.) gestellt bekommen.

Qualifications
- bist seit 7–10 Jahren berufstätig in der Softwareentwicklung oder Beratung im SAP-Umfeld
- hast umfassende Kenntnisse in SAP ABAP (bestenfalls Fiori/UI5) und Erfahrung mit mehreren Modulen (z.B. S/4HANA, MM, BW, IS-U, FI, CO, HCM, BTP, EWM, PLM, GTS, RAR, MDM)
- bringst Erfahrung in anderen Programmiersprachen (z.B. Java/Spring Boot) mit
- bist nicht kontaktscheu und kommunikationsfreudig
- bist bereit als Manager Verantwortung fĂĽr Dein Team und Deine Kunden zu ĂĽbernehmen
- bist gesegnet mit einem Growth Mindset und willst im Leben immer weiterkommen
- bist überzeugt davon, dass Dein Potenzial noch lange nicht ausgeschöpft ist
