Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring high performance and an excellent user experience.
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Configure and customize Experience Cloud (formerly Communities) and Commerce Cloud.
- Implement API integrations and middleware solutions.
- Apply mobile-responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Ensure platform security by implementing sharing models and access control.
- Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and analysis.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide advisory on Salesforce implementation best practices.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
- Strong knowledge of Lightning Experience and its limitations.
- Experience with Experience Cloud templates and branding.
- Expertise in Experience Builder and content management systems (CMS).
- Implementation of SSO and authentication.
- Experience in data modeling and optimization.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate fluently (both written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scalable solutions and Salesforce architecture.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and component-based design patterns.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
