Role Description
We are currently looking for Senior Machine Learning Engineer.
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for generative AI applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), voice assistants, and agents.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific use cases and integrate them into scalable applications.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient data pipelines and preprocessing workflows.
- Research and implement innovative techniques to improve model performance, interpretability, and scalability.
- Analyze model outputs to identify and resolve biases or performance issues.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Strong background in NLP and conversational AI.
- In-depth knowledge of deep learning and large language models.
- Experience with speech processing tools (e.g., Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text).
- Knowledge of conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
