Role Description

The Java (Spring Boot) Developer would need to have at least 6+ years of experience.

As a Java Developer, your main responsibility is to assist with the full development life cycle of various application enhancements. You will:

Develop web service integrations
Build internal processes, procedures, and methodologies
Work with development leads to ensure process is repeatable and efficient
Work closely with product owners to develop cutting edge solutions for different industry sectors

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a similar position developing enterprise web applications using Java 8+/J2EE
Experience with Java development frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Batch
Experience with API & Microservices
Experience on JUnits/Mockito testing
Experience developing REST API
Must have a strong understanding of JSON
Experience with RDBMS and writing complex SQL is a must
Experience with a NoSQL database is a plus
Experience with GCP is a big plus
Experience with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, Ant, Jenkins, etc.
Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) concepts
Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Web development experience, specifically HTML5, CSS-Bootstrap, and JavaScript
Problem solving skills, analytical mind, and a positive attitude
Experience with test-driven development
Eagerness to learn new ideas, concepts, and technologies
