[Hiring] Senior Fullstack Engineer - AI @W3 Global Sourcing

Role Description

This is an opportunity to shape the future of data-driven marketing. The team is building Composable Data and AI Decisioning platforms that empower both technical and non-technical users to act on data in new and intuitive ways.

• Collaborate directly with product teams to design and launch user interfaces from the ground up.
• Work alongside ML and AI engineers to create innovative ways of surfacing insights for marketers.
• Fully remote within the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with a focus on frontend engineering (70% frontend, 30% backend).
• Strong expertise in Typescript and React; able to independently architect complex frontend systems.
• Experience building CRUD applications and proficiency with backend API design and data models (Typescript + some Go).
• Background in fast-paced startups (Series A-D) delivering SaaS products with a high engineering bar.
• Proven history of growth, ownership, and promotions throughout your career.
• Degree in Computer Science (Top 40 university preferred).

Requirements

• Architect and build features end-to-end for a new generation of marketing and growth products.
• Partner with designers, product managers, and customers to deeply understand real-world workflows.
• Integrate ML-driven insights into highly interactive and intuitive interfaces.
• Contribute to forward-looking projects such as:
• Building analytics and observability platforms for marketing insights.
• Integrating complex ML models into user-facing applications.
• Designing interfaces that allow marketing teams to run complex experiments with ease.
