Role Description

We are looking for a senior backend leaning full stack engineer to join our growing team. You should be passionate about solving problems for our end users and approach it in an elegant way. This opportunity will allow you to collaborate with our designers, user advocates, and other engineers to build the future of our product. You will contribute to the design of our systems, help build our engineering culture, and mentor other engineers.

Qualifications

5+ years of engineering experience
Deep expertise with Django, Django Rest Framework, and the Django ORM
Comfortable working with React (Next.js/Typescript)
Strong relational database knowledge, with PostgreSQL experience being a plus
Seen and able to implement engineering best practices
User-centric, empathetic, and passionate about your work
Excel at evaluating and making thoughtful trade-offs between engineering complexity and timely delivery
Approach problems with initiative, working independently to find solutions, and collaborate effectively to offer or seek support when needed

Requirements

Experience with Chrome Extensions (bonus)
Startup experience (not required, but we build and move fast!)
