Role Description
Scribe’s Growth team is expanding, bringing exciting new challenges and opportunities as we scale. With a rapidly growing user base of over 700,000 organizations, this is a chance to make a significant impact on both our company and our users. We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help drive this growth forward.
- The Growth team drives many of our key company metrics and fosters a culture of rapid experimentation.
- Work across various domains, including our exciting new initiative in enterprise lead generation.
- Passionate about solving problems for the end user and designing elegant solutions.
- Work closely with designers, user advocates, and other engineers to shape the future of our product.
- Contribute to the design of our systems and help build our engineering culture.
- Work with PMs to increase the velocity of the BML (Build-Measure-Learn) cycle.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Comfortable working with Django and React (Next.js/Typescript)
- Strong advocate for automated testing
- Ability to implement engineering best practices
- User-centric, empathetic, and passionate about your work
- Experience in a growth team or department that focuses on rapid iterations and experimentation
Requirements
- Bonus: Experience building lead generation pipelines
- Bonus: Experience working in martech
- Bonus: Startup experience (not required, but we build and move fast!)

Compensation
- 170k-185k USD base + equity (San Francisco, New York City, Seattle) - We are open to more senior candidates, compensation will be up leveled accordingly
- 150-165k USD base + equity (All other US locations)
- We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and other job-related factors.
