[Hiring] Senior Full Stack Developer @Workwize

Role Description

This role involves contributing to the improvement of remote working for companies around the world by building software products for clients such as Otrium, Mollie, and Catawiki.

• Join a hyper-growth company with a robust product used by thousands to set up remote workspaces.
• Work as part of a team of remote and hybrid engineers on both front-end and back-end positions.
• Make architectural decisions and enhance the platform.
• Build best-in-class product experiences for customers.
• Create and design reusable APIs and components.
• Core platform built on Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend).
• Continuously develop new features to expand the product offering.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree with a background in tech or equivalent work experience.
• 8 years of work experience with Laravel and React frameworks.
• Experience building applications with Javascript/Typescript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8.
• Passionate about usability, user experience, and the elegance of UIs.
• Eager to learn, discuss, and share knowledge with the team.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and other DevOps tools.
• Strong track record of leading technical projects and coordinating teams of 3+ engineers.
• Experience mentoring and supporting the professional growth of fellow engineers.
• Background in product-based companies with multiple product and engineering teams.
• Proven track record of driving engineering initiatives that impacted other teams or the wider organization.
