Role Description
At Tali, we’re tackling one of healthcare’s most pressing challenges: the administrative burden that overwhelms clinicians and compromises patient care. Our AI-powered medical scribe is already transforming the industry, serving thousands of clinicians across Canada and the US.
- Architect and build systems that power our AI-powered medical scribe, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability.
- Work on cutting-edge technologies, including voice technologies and LLMs to solve complex problems in healthcare documentation.
- Collaborate with seasoned engineers, product managers, and designers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet real-world needs.
- Take ownership of critical projects, from ideation to deployment, and see your work directly impact thousands of clinicians and patients.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong product mindset.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and deep knowledge and experience as a Frontend engineer.
- Thrive in ambiguous environments where ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action are essential.
- Energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up to have real-world impact.
