Role Description
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions.
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
- Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts
- Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task
- Addressing issues promptly and responding positively to setbacks and challenges
- Giving constructive feedback to team members and setting clear expectations
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issues raised during code/design review
- Carrying out POCs to ensure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Requirements
- Total experience of 3+ years
- Strong working experience in designing, developing, and implementing Power Platform solutions
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
- Expertise in Dataverse, SharePoint, and other data sources
- Proficiency in custom connectors, PowerShell scripting, and API integrations
- Strong experience in developing responsive and scalable Power Platform solutions
- Experience with Co-Pilot Studio for developing chatbots
- Develop responsive apps and customize Power Apps formulas, Power Automate expressions, and Power Query
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
