Role Description
Joining as a Senior Backend Engineer (Typescript) means working on a cutting-edge platform in a team of 10 Senior Engineers, optimizing scalability and directly contributing to innovative AI solutions with real impact on production.
- Create, develop and maintain the whole technical stack
- API component architecture design & development
- Build new product features from start to finish through conception, research, documentation, maintenance, and polish
- Tackle technical problems to guarantee the best level of performance
- Improve performance, reliability and observability on our product
Qualifications
- At least +6 years of experience on a product experiencing rapid growth
- Solid experience in TypeScript
- Involved with CI/CD processes (GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of at least PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Experience with testing tools regardless of the environment
- Interest in clean code, software craftsmanship, performance, scalability and security
- Willingness to learn and experiment
Requirements
- Proactive, agile, autonomous, tenacious, pragmatic, benevolent and curious

- Solve problems in a collaborative way
- Ensure high-quality code and test standards
- Not afraid to try new things
- Willing to work remotely with regular trips to meet with the team
Nice to have
- Previous experience in real-time or performance-oriented topics
- Previous experience in audio/video streams
- Previous experience or knowledge on AI-related topics or Python
Benefits
- Compensation typically ranges from €70K to €75K in base salary + BSPCE
- Full remote policy in France with team gathering in Paris every 1.5 months or work from our amazing offices & rooftop in the heart of Paris (Sentier)
