Role Description

The Tech Compliance & KYC team at Binance, primarily composed of skilled software engineers, plays a crucial role in ensuring that our technological operations meet all regulatory standards. By aligning our processes with the latest legal requirements, we foster a secure and trustworthy environment for our users.

  • Responsible for the architecture design and optimization of the company's core business systems using the Java technology stack, ensuring high performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge technology trends, identify valuable technical topics aligned with the company's business needs, and lead their exploration, validation, and implementation.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of projects related to AI and data, such as data processing, application of machine learning models, and data analysis.
  • Translate business logic into clear technical solutions, ensuring system design is highly aligned with business objectives.
  • Actively participate in team building by maintaining good communication and collaboration with team members, sharing technical experience, and guiding team members' growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in large internet companies, participating in the architecture design and implementation of multiple complex projects
  • Proficient in the Java technology stack, including open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Dubbo
  • Solid foundation in computer science basics, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking
  • Familiar with distributed system design and proficient in middleware such as distributed caching, message queues, service discovery and registration, and configuration centers
  • Experience in AI and data fields is a plus, such as familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data analysis tools (Python, etc.)
  • Possess good business acumen to optimize technical architecture from a business perspective
  • Ability to handle high-pressure work and solve problems efficiently
