Role Description
We are looking for a Rust Engineer with experience in building and scaling distributed systems to join our growing team. If you have a passion for blockchain technology and a strong sense of ownership, we'd love to hear from you!
- Implement and maintain backend services following established architectural patterns and best practices
- Work with team members to integrate new features into existing infrastructure components
- Debug performance issues and implement solutions with guidance from senior engineers
- Help set up and maintain monitoring systems for services you're responsible for
- Follow security best practices and coding standards while implementing new features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions within the team
Qualifications
- Proficient with Rust
- 3 years of experience with Rust or a similar language (C++, Golang, Java, etc.)
- 3 years of experience building & maintaining high-scale production systems
- Proficient with distributed systems and databases
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, execute at speed, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Startup and/or web3 experience is a bonus
- Experience that is relevant to Helius is a major advantage
