Role Description
We're seeking a motivated Operations Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you'll develop internal software tools that enhance our operational efficiency while collaborating directly with the COO.
- Develop and maintain internal software tools using Make.com, Supabase and GristDb
- Implement web solutions to support company operations
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and align on priorities
- Report directly to the COO on project status and outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our internal systems
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with full-stack web development
- Familiarity with JavaScript and web technologies
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Supabase or similar database technologies
- Knowledge of React, Vue, or other modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with automation workflow tools like Make.com, N8N, or Zapier
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Understanding of API design and implementation
