Role Description
We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer based in Latin America with experience working on U.S.-based projects. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration. This role will involve working with U.S.-based clients, building and maintaining Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Workato, Mulesoft, or other middleware.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document technical solutions, system design, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Proven experience working on U.S.-based projects, collaborating with teams across different time zones.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Developer or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of Heroku, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integrations.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
