Role Description
The Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role in DriveWealth's growth and expansion by leading the API integration of new partners, educating on new products, and identifying processes that can be automated to optimize team and partner efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements that maximize time efficiency for DriveWealth employees and partners.
- Use strong programming knowledge to quickly implement new automation in ServiceNow, Github, and other ancillary programs.
- Define and document repeatable processes, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, product, technology, and operations, to develop cohesive strategies that prioritize partner success and drive revenue growth.
- Align closely with partners who will be integrating DriveWealth's API, providing education, project management, and architecture support while maintaining positive partner relationships.
- Establish a culture of mutual accountability between the Relationship Management team and partners, advocating for their needs and marshaling resources to support them.
- Use debugging skills to identify pain points and reported bugs by partners while suggesting and introducing changes to the product team.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in software development, with a focus on the implementation of APIs.
- Proficiency in full stack development, with working knowledge of cloud-based platform tools such as AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in implementing event-based programs, working with tools such as Apache Kafka and AWS SQS.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple partner engagements concurrently.
- Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to ensuring client success and satisfaction.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of client relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results under pressure.
- Driven by a passion for partner success and business growth.
Requirements

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
Please note: at this time, we are not able to hire in all states.
Remote (Most US States) Pay Range: $145,000 — $160,000 USD
