Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Software Engineer to take ownership of our frontend architecture and development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, and a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires hands-on development with Vue.js and GraphQL while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to the frontend team.
- Lead the development and architecture of frontend applications using Vue.js and GraphQL.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to build seamless user experiences.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive continuous improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend trends and technologies and implement them where appropriate.
- Work in an agile environment with a focus on delivering high-quality software efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong expertise in Vue.js.
- Proficiency in GraphQL.
- Experience working with component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns.
- Experience optimizing performance and handling large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in frontend development.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
