Role Description

This role involves deploying and configuring CRMs, project management systems, and automation tools to drive business growth.

• Deploying and configuring CRMs, project management systems, automation workflows, API integrations, and AI implementations.
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and designing solutions that streamline processes and unlock growth potential.
• Building analytics dashboards and data pipelines to reveal actionable insights.
• Designing automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n.
• Deploying AI solutions (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) and training client teams to use them effectively.
• Operating with a high degree of autonomy, extracting insights from client interactions and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Owning projects end-to-end, from initial discovery through implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Working exclusively with low-code and no-code platforms, focusing on rapid deployment and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in similar roles, especially in client-facing or consulting positions.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
• Experience with Project Management and ERP platforms, including tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or SAP.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience working with Generative AI technologies like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Gemini, Claude, or DeepSeek.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery, PowerBI) and REST API integrations.
• Professional English fluency: B2 level or higher.
• Nice to have experience with legal tools like Clio Manage or Lawmatics or working in a law firm.
