Role Description

As a Hub Model Engineer, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of product and open-source, focusing on enhancing the open-source machine learning ecosystem.

Act as a bridge between the Hugging Face Hub and the broader open-source community.
Ensure that the models put out by the largest ML community work as expected by users.
Focus on usability and community, refining how users benefit from our tools.
Interact with researchers, ML practitioners, and data scientists on a daily basis through the Hub.
Be a key figure in one of the most active machine learning communities.
Ensure that models released by the ML community are accessible and valuable to a wide range of users.
