Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong experience in TypeScript, React, Java Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL to join our dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Take ownership of end-to-end product development, from ideation to deployment.
- Ensure system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Proactively solve complex technical challenges and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Contribute to product thinking, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly with team members, providing context and solutions concisely.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React (SPA development).
- Solid experience with Java Spring Boot for backend development.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL database design, queries, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Experience building systems/products from scratch (zero-to-one projects).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
- Comfortable taking full ownership and accountability of assigned projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working in a startup culture, showing initiative and resourcefulness.
- Strong product thinking and ability to align technical decisions with business goals.
- Growth mindset, openness to feedback, and continuous learning attitude.
- Familiarity with other frontend frameworks (Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
