Role Description

Design, develop, create AMANDA (Granicus' solution) folders, processes, checklists.
Design and develop Oracle PLSQL stored procedures, functions, etc.
Design, develop, create Microsoft .NET Core web APIs.
Design, develop, create React front end applications.
Recommend features, design, and implement innovative solutions to improve platform performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience of minimum 2 years of recent development and customization of AMANDA Enterprise for digitization of permitting or licensing services (mandatory).
Proven experience of minimum of 5 years of developing Oracle databases (mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of development experience with C# and Microsoft .NET Core Web API development.
Minimum 2 years of development experience with ReactJS development (or an equivalent JavaScript framework).
Experience implementing complex business processes (government, public sector, financial institutions, insurance companies or other regulatory compliance workflows) into AMANDA in a software developer role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent organizational and time management skills to respond to changing priorities and circumstances.
Demonstrated ability implementing software based on detailed business requirement documents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with government or municipal IT projects.
