Role Description
At ApyHub, we have a simple purpose: to be the place that software developers go to when they look for efficiency & simplicity. Your role will be to help us build the services that will enable the platform's customers to increase their productivity, by challenging the traditional ways of software development.
You will work directly with your global engineering team, our product owner and our CTO to make sure that the product can be used optimally by thousands of developers worldwide. In more detail, you will:
- Design and develop frontend applications taking into account performance, reusability in React
- Write unit tests to ensure the frontend applications are regression free and are reliable
- Build rapid prototypes using React to validate user journeys in some cases
- Engage with Product Owners, Architects to understand the user requirements and provide correct estimations
Qualifications
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like React
- Strong (minimum 2 years) experience and understanding of RestFul Web Services and willingness to learn GraphQL
- Comfortable with Git
- Experience in building frontend applications that scale and service millions of users
- Ability to effectively communicate and articulate thoughts with Product Owners, Architects and fellow engineers
- Enjoyment of (technical) challenges and thriving in environments with evolving priorities and dynamics
