Role Description
This position is ideal for individuals interested in Web3, AI, or gaming technologies, particularly:

- Developers wanting to upskill or network globally and gain CTO experience
- Developers looking to startup while continuing their 9-5 job
soonami is looking for founders interested in early-stage projects in Web3, AI, or gaming technologies. The vetting process for this position lasts 12-15 weeks. After this program, candidates will be taken to the Investment Committee stage, and if successful, will receive $125k in funding from the soonami ecosystem to launch their startup.
Past funded project example:
- AuditOne successfully moved out of the soonami ecosystem and raised 800k Euro recently.
Initially, this is a paid position. After a 10-day vetting process, selected candidates must enroll as a team of two co-founders and complete a 12-week program. During this period, a stipend of $1k/month/member will be provided for three months, allowing participants to continue their existing jobs or other assignments.
After three months, if progress is shown based on feedback, candidates will be taken to the Investment Committee. If approved, they will receive $125k from the soonami ecosystem, requiring full-time commitment to their startup.

- Decentralized Application (DApp) Development

- Web Development Skills
- Understanding of Decentralized Finance (DeFi)
