Role Description
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of core performance analysis tools that serve the high school market. You'll lead a full-stack team that architects products from end-to-end, ensuring we deliver seamless, scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Drive technical strategy: Ensure your team’s vision is aligned with Hudl’s overall vision of empowering athletes and coaches.
- Be efficient: Focus on outcomes over outputs, helping your team deliver high-impact work on time.
- Collaborate: Work closely with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across our product suite.
- Empower your team: Coach 4-8 Software Engineers to find the best solutions using their expertise.
- Champion Agile practices: Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Experienced: Worked on cloud technology and built highly scalable software solutions.
- Strategic: Set technical direction and guide your team towards successful project outcomes.
- A mentor: Support the professional development of your team members.
- Excellent communication skills: Articulate ideas clearly and work effectively with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Formal managerial experience: Skills like career coaching and performance management.
- Professional background in relevant technologies: Experience with C#, React, React-Native, MongoDB, and AWS.
- Experience in product partnership: Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $107,000 — $179,000 USD and may be eligible for bonuses.
