Role Description
sa.global Deutschland is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect. As a Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect, you are responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client's processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for successful Microsoft Dynamics software implementations.
- High proficiency in Finance module implementation, which includes GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, and Credit Collections.
- Support in Pre-Sales Engagements and grow the regional business.

Main Responsibilities
- Undertake the full implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 Finance including business analysis and requirement gathering through customer-client workshops.
- Manage activities during solution ideation, design, and implementation.
- Work with organizations across various industries, focusing on the professional services industry.
- Review business context for solutions and define vision and requirements.
- Communicate architecture to stakeholders and collaborate with existing domain architects.
- Assist in the development of a solutions architecture program.
- Ensure solutions align with technology standards and guidelines.
- Identify and recommend appropriate business solutions and upgrades.
- Support the sales team with custom-configured product demonstrations.
- Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and prototype development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and technology.

Skills And Experience
- High proficiency in Finance module implementation, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Credit Collections, and Project Management and Accounting (PMA).
- Previous experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with strong consulting acumen.
- Understanding of Finance and Project Operations applications in Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge supporting clients in the professional service industry and project-based businesses.
- Strong stakeholder management skills supporting the sales team with bid management and RFPs.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- First-class communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Travel
- Occasional travel within Germany and some overseas travel expected.
Location
- Germany – Remote (home office).
