Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and managing various projects.

Build and maintain intensive contact with customer contacts for a selected customer base
Take on project and budget responsibility for your own customer base
Develop new strategies for customer acquisition
Lead projects and actively collaborate with purchasing
Introduce new customer requirements into the organization and implement them
Work closely with product management to successfully establish new products in the market
Conduct price and contract negotiations with customers, realize customer strategies (e.g., product portfolio), and create and calculate offers

Qualifications

Successfully completed studies in a commercial field or a commercial training with relevant further education
Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the cosmetics accessories environment
Solid experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, including customer service, quality, and purchasing
Experience in product and project management, as well as managing entire projects
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel approximately 20 - 40% of your working time
