Developer / AI Support Engineer
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in providing customer support for commercial software tools
- Coding experience (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript or Go)
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and customer support
- Knowledge of one or more JetBrains IDEs
- Knowledge of major OSs, Bash, SSH, and SQL
- Experience with any AI tool for IDEs, such as JetBrains AI Assistant, Github Copilot, or Cursor AI
- Understanding of version control systems
- Knowledge of network protocols
- Experience in collecting and sharing knowledge

- Issue-tracking system (Jira/YouTrack) - regular
- Git - basic
- Bash - regular
- AI tools - regular
