Role Description
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in integration development with Cloud native architecture
- 2-3 years of technical experience in migrating data from mainframe to Cloud native DBs like Azure SQL, DB2 LUW
- Experience in customer facing role, with Cloud (GCP) expertise and lead the integration team
- Strong modernization experience using Micro Focus COBOL, HCOSS and containers, DB migration
- Management experience leading Application transformation resources using agile Methodology
- Strong modernization experience using GCP stack and Azure SQL
- Experienced in using Capgemini tools and accelerators
- Build, recommend and implement Continuous Service Improvement Plans for a modern app dev platform
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years of experience in integration development with Cloud native architecture
- 2-3 years of experience in migrating data from mainframe to Cloud native DBs
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Expertise in Cloud (GCP)
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Experience with Micro Focus COBOL and HCOSS
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Experience with GCP stack and Azure SQL
- Proficiency in Capgemini tools and accelerators
Requirements
