Role Description
We are looking for you as Cloud Field Application Engineer (gn) to join our Customer Care Team for our headquarters in Fulda or remote in Germany starting from June 1st, 2025.
- Ensure an optimal setup of provided applications at our customers
- Ensure optimal integration of the Proemion cloud services with the customer's infrastructure
- Ensure that each customer has deployed any Proemion service valuable for them
- Consult customers in finding solutions for their business challenges
- Describe challenges of our customers as input for new developments
- Describe commercial value of future services
- Coordinate integration projects
- Coordinate and execute Data Science projects
- Conduct legal consultation with support of our Legal team
Qualifications
- Experience with web service APIs
- Knowledge of web-based authentication and authorization protocols
- Fundamental knowledge of web-browser technologies
- Experience with Python for Data Analytics
- Git version control
- Fundamental knowledge of cyber security
- Skills in managing and ensuring continuous advancement of projects
- Ability to work independently with external customers
- Strong communication skills in English as well as German
- Open to adopt new methodologies and technologies
Requirements
- Knowledge of mobile working machines technologies and industry (nice to have)
- Experience with Jira or similar tooling (nice to have)
- Experience with machine learning (nice to have)
- Experience in requirements engineering (nice to have)
- Collaboration with customers (nice to have)
- Experience in software testing (nice to have)
- Experience in SCRUM (nice to have)
- Experience with Jupyter Lab (nice to have)
- Fundamental commercial knowledge of SaaS solutions (nice to have)
- Fundamental legal knowledge of web applications (nice to have)
