Role Description

This role involves leading the transformation of backend systems at TLC Worldwide.

Revolutionize our architecture by transitioning monolithic applications into modern, scalable microservices.
Design and build APIs (GraphQL & REST) that ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
Optimize performance with .NET 8, C#, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, and cutting-edge caching techniques.
Refactor legacy codebases while leveraging domain-driven design to create scalable services.
Streamline deployments with Azure DevOps pipelines and automated testing practices.
Deliver observability through monitoring and logging best practices.
Collaborate globally in an agile, innovative, and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of backend development experience across two separate roles.
Expertise in .NET 8, C#, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Proficiency in Azure services, Azure DevOps, and APIs built with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL databases.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development practices.
A passion for innovation, with problem-solving skills that shine in a remote setting.
Deep knowledge of security protocols, authentication, and modern software development best practices.
