Role Description

As a Backend Engineer, you'll build new features and MVPs, working closely with a team focused on practical solutions and fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

3–5 years of backend development experience
Experience developing APIs (RESTful, GraphQL, or gRPC)
Comfortable with relational databases (like PostgreSQL or MySQL) and some experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
A proactive, flexible, startup mindset—comfortable with rapid changes
Good problem-solving skills and clear communication in English

Bonus Points

Experience working in software services companies or software factories, delivering MVPs or multiple projects rapidly
Familiarity with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
Interest or experience in legal tech or similar fields
