[Hiring] AI Integrator / Automation Specialist @Kindgeek

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive AI Integrator / Automation Specialist to analyze client business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement AI-driven solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design optimized workflows and deploy AI agents using platforms like Zapier, Make.com, and n8n.

• Integrate tools such as CRM, ERP, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Hubspot
• Ensure smooth rollouts through testing and continuous improvement
• Work on our internal product focused on process optimization and automation for clients

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow logic
• Familiarity with basic programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Node.js)
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering (a plus)
• Analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into scalable automation flows
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

Requirements

• Analyze existing customer business processes in tight cooperation with stakeholders
• Define "state-to-be" optimized business processes
• Implement improvements via automation and agents to identify automation opportunities
• Design and deploy AI agents using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, etc.
• Integrate AI solutions with customer tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, Slack, Notion, Gmail, Hubspot)
• Test, monitor, and fine-tune AI agents to ensure reliability and performance
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and client teams, customer stakeholders, process owners, and decision makers to ensure smooth rollouts
