Role Description

This role involves developing AI features for Fay's product, focusing on generative AI.

Zero-to-one feature development: Prove out AI feature ideas, iterate on them, and integrate them into the product when they’re ready for prime time.
Data curation and processing: Design the workflows and processes for gathering and storing data for model training.
Model training: Fine-tune LLMs to unlock performance for our specific domain applications that’s far beyond what off-the-shelf models can offer.
Model evaluation: Rigorously evaluate the performance of your work using appropriate methods, from human preferences/labels to synthetic ground truth.
Technical leadership: Provide guidance on AI best practices and effective work with LLMs.
