Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven automation solutions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered automation systems tailored to business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Build, test, and refine AI agents capable of automating tasks, decision-making, and data processing.
- Train and support employees on AI integration, ensuring they understand best practices for utilizing AI tools effectively.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with strategic objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and fine-tune AI automation to ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance.
- Research and stay ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support AI implementation and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI-powered automation, ensuring stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI development, automation, or machine learning, with a track record of successful AI solution implementation.
- Strong technical expertise in AI frameworks, automation tools, and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
- Experience in training teams and stakeholders on AI adoption, workflow integration, and optimization strategies.
- Ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically about AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation.

- Base salary starting at $120,000, with flexibility to go higher based on experience and expertise.
