Role Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Virtual Sales Team Lead – Healthcare to remotely lead and manage its healthcare sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving sales growth
• Developing and executing sales strategies
• Coaching and mentoring the sales team
• Managing key client relationships
• Ensuring the achievement of revenue targets through virtual engagement and effective sales management

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare sales, a proven track record in leading virtual or geographically dispersed teams, and the ability to leverage digital sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms to maximize team performance and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or a related healthcare field
• A postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage
• Professional certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Proven experience selling healthcare products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, laboratory solutions, or healthcare services
• Experience leading or managing a remote/virtual sales team is highly desirable
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing key healthcare accounts and developing strategic client relationships
• Experience using CRM systems and digital sales management tools
