[Hiring] Virtual Relationship Executive @Equirus

Role Description

The candidate shall be responsible for:

• Onboarding and completing digital KYC requirements for all customer segments.
• Managing and resolving all customer queries on time.
• Contacting existing or potential customers to inform them about investment products or services using scripts.
• Successfully answering investment product related queries if any on the call.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Directing HNI prospects to the field sales team if needed.
• Entering and updating customer information in the database.
• Taking and processing transaction orders in an accurate manner on a recorded line or assisting clients through Federal Mobile.
• Handling grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information.

Qualifications

• Graduate
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years as Tele Sales & Service Representative or other sales/customer service role in Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or any related Financial Services.
• Good knowledge of KYC process for Mutual Funds.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn about investment products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English & Regional language of the state.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
