Role Description
Numerator is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our Retail vertical, focusing on expanding adoption of our audience insights, consumer intelligence, and ad effectiveness solutions. This role is critical in helping retailers transform data into strategic advantage.

Demonstrate deep fluency in FMCG or retail industry.

Utilize a consultative approach to solving executive-level challenges.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in senior leadership, managing enterprise sales teams within media, retail, or FMCG industries.

Deep understanding of multiple facets of retailer, agency, and consumer products.

Prior experience selling into marketing, shopper, or consumer insights.

Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams.

Proven track record in hiring top talent, developing skills through coaching and training, and driving team accountability to exceed targets.

Demonstrated success selling into Marketing, Insights, Strategy, Ad Sales, and Analytics functions at the executive level.

Expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and team development.

Strong executive presence and communication skills; persuasive storyteller with data-backed credibility.

Working knowledge of Salesforce and standard sales productivity tools.

Working knowledge of enterprise software applications and services designed for the retail and consumer goods industries is highly valued (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, NPD, Dunnhumby).

Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
