[Hiring] Vice President of Sales @Teton.ai

Role Description

The VP Sales Europe will be based out of the UK and will lead Teton’s European sales organisation in the Nordics, UK&I, and DACH regions. This role involves:

• Leading, coaching, and developing Teton’s European sales organisation, holding each territory accountable to its new business targets.
• Owning and optimising Teton’s European commercial operating cadence across various functions including pipeline generation, tender and bid qualification, deal progression, forecasting, CRM governance, performance management, and team accountability.
• Acting as a hands-on deal leader on Europe's largest opportunities, participating in critical customer meetings, site visits, and executive presentations.
• Optimising go-to-market strategies in each territory, including segmentation, coverage model, territory design, resourcing, and partner strategy.
• Evaluating and opening new core European markets, such as the Benelux region, and building the market-entry case and operating model.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing commercial leadership and talent as Europe scales.
• Representing Teton at major European industry conferences and national associations while refining go-to-market strategy, messaging, pricing, and commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience selling and leading teams that sell large and complex contracts through public sector tenders and RFPs.
• Equivalent enterprise experience closing large, complex contracts with private organisations.
• A demonstrated track record as a highly successful individual contributor, consistently exceeding significant new business quotas.
• Proven sales leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing sales leaders and net-new business teams.
• The ability to operate as a true player-coach, strategic yet hands-on.
• Deep experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive buyers, procurement, legal, and ownership groups.
• A rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, qualification, performance management, and sales governance.
• Experience building or scaling sales teams, segmentation models, territories, processes, methodologies, and repeatable go-to-market motions.
• Exposure to healthcare, hospital systems, or senior living is a strong bonus.
• 12+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years spent leading sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
