[Hiring] Vice President of Sales @Blue Acorn iCi

Role Description

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a dynamic, results-driven VP, Sales EMEA to accelerate growth and expand our footprint across enterprise digital transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will generate a robust pipeline, close high-value opportunities, and drive revenue that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

This role requires an exceptional communicator and strategic thinker with a consultative, solution-oriented approach. You will leverage deep partnerships with Adobe and Infosys to identify, shape, and deliver transformative solutions that address client needs and unlock new opportunities.

As VP Sales for Blue Acorn iCi's Adobe business, you will champion the Adobe Experience Cloud across core solutions, capabilities and emerging agentic customer experience offerings. You will operate at the intersection of Blue Acorn iCi's Adobe expertise and Infosys' global scale, collaborating across account teams, industry leaders, alliances, delivery organizations, and service lines to create and close strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of proven success in senior sales roles within a digital consultancy, agency, or SaaS/enterprise software environment.
• Experience working across multiple European markets and navigating regional procurement and decision-making.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding $10M+ annual bookings targets in enterprise sales environments.
• Strong track record selling Adobe Experience Cloud solutions across key pillars; Content & Workflows, Data & Analytics, Campaign Management, & Agentic/AI.
• Skilled at leading complex deals, influencing C-level executives, and shaping multi-year transformation programs.
• Familiarity with commerce, content management, marketing automation, and customer data solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Outstanding communication, executive presence, and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

• Must be based in the EMEA region, with a preference for candidates located in the UK or Germany.
