[Hiring] Training Solutions Sales Manager @BSI

Role Description

BSI is seeking a motivated and experienced Training Solutions Sales Manager to drive sales, market expansion, and client satisfaction for our Training Solutions across the US. This leadership role will guide the training sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and oversee the achievement of revenue and profitability goals. Reporting to the Field Sales Director Americas Assurance, the Sales Manager will strengthen client relationships, improve team performance, and ensure alignment with BSI’s business objectives.

In your day to day, you will be responsible for:

• Revenue Growth and Market Expansion: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive training revenue growth and market penetration in North America.
• Sales Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing training sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis, working collaboratively with marketing and operations to optimize the Go-To-Market strategy for training solutions.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders and regional sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities, design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Client-Centric Approach: Shape a team culture focused on client needs, delivering future-focused, tailored training solutions that anticipate client challenges and drive measurable improvements.
• Innovation and Strategic Alignment: Identify market trends and plan accordingly to stay competitive, generating scalable ideas and promoting sustainable training solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the training or professional services industry.
• Expertise in sales forecasting, performance analysis, and pipeline management.
• Experience in managing geographically dispersed sales teams and fostering open communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.
• Proven track record of managing regional sales operations and consistently exceeding performance targets.
• Strong understanding of North American market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
