Role Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships throughout Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building partnerships, growing market share, and helping customers succeed.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share by supporting and expanding relationships within our dealer and distributor network. You will serve as a trusted business partner by providing product expertise, sales support, training, and strategic guidance to customers across your territory.

Manage and grow relationships with existing dealer and distributor accounts

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory

Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and drive sales growth

Train dealer sales associates and account personnel on product features, benefits, and selling strategies

Provide product expertise and business guidance to dealers, builders, architects, and other channel partners

Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability

Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs

Provide feedback and recommendations to sales leadership regarding market opportunities

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Maintain accurate product knowledge and communicate new product information to customers

Support inventory management, stock integrity, and return negotiations as needed
Qualifications

Proven success in territory sales, outside sales, account management, or business development

Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
-
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Ability to influence decision-makers and deliver consultative sales solutions

Experience training customers or conducting product presentations is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Experience within building materials, windows and doors, millwork, construction products, or related industries is a plus
