Role Description
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this full-time, home-based role in Karratha, WA focuses on driving revenue and business development within the mining sector. In addition, you will:

Drive specification development and conversion within the assigned territory, managing spend within the approved expense budget.

Grow and develop mining market opportunities, strengthening Victaulicβs presence and pipeline.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, designers, specifiers, and buyers.

Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including product selection, service, problem resolution, and value creation.

Translate budget and revenue targets into actionable territory plans, activities, and priorities.

Maximise territory performance through effective planning, scheduling, and coverage management.

Support training and promotional activities for specifiers, distributors, and contractors.

Maintain accurate CRM records, provide weekly territory reports, and prepare annual budgets and monthly sales forecasts.
Qualifications
-
Proven track record managing technical sales within the mining environments.

Piping systems experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Demonstrated experience undertaking site visits and engaging with owners, engineers, and contractors.

Strong understanding of mining project workflows, MRO budgets, and shutdown planning cycles.

Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to challenges.

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Solution-oriented and high analytical and organizational skills.

A valid Australian Driverβs license and willing to travel as required.
