[Hiring] Territory Manager Endoscopy @Medtronic

Role Description

In this exciting and challenging position as a Territory Manager, you will be driving the sales of the Endoscopy portfolio targeting a broad range of diseases in the Gastrointestinal (GI) tract in the Capital Region of Denmark. A key part of this role will be to accelerate the adoption of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans, meet targets, and identify new business opportunities in hospitals and clinics.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships, with a focus on healthcare/device capital product sales.
• Launch new products aligned with business objectives and manage tender processes.
• Present, promote, and demonstrate Endoscopy products, conduct in-service training, and provide ongoing support.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, prepare reports and forecasts, and execute marketing initiatives in key accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a healthcare related (medical or scientific) discipline.
• Passion for the healthcare business and thorough understanding of the national/local healthcare system.
• Danish as well as conversational English.
• Full, clean driver’s license.
• Knowledge and experience from the Endoscopy would be a distinct advantage.
