Role Description

Fortune Brands is building a company that is determined to win, and across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine, much of that runs through Moen’s wholesale business, a large territory with significant growth opportunity and strategic customer relationships. This role leads it.

As Territory Manager, you’ll manage and grow Moen’s wholesale business across the three states and serve as the face of Moen in the market. You’ll:

• Build strong relationships with wholesalers, contractors, builders, developers, hospitality accounts, and showrooms while driving growth and market share.
• Manage key wholesale partners.
• Support 17 showrooms and three single-family builder customers.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to execute strategic account initiatives.
• Develop new business opportunities across the territory.
• Serve as the face of Moen within the territory, protecting and growing market share through strong customer and channel relationships.

POSITION LOCATION: This position is field-based and remote, covering the assigned territory of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. The ideal candidate should reside in the territory to effectively manage the territory and meet customer needs. Travel is expected to include approximately 10% overnight travel. A company vehicle and expense card are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in plumbing, building materials, construction products, or a related industry.
• Proven success growing business across wholesalers, contractors, builders, and developers by building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to manage a territory, prioritize, and execute.
• Demonstrated ability to drive account growth and win new business.
• Experience supporting showroom, multifamily, hospitality, or project-based sales environments.
• Experience advising customers and creating value through industry expertise, customer focus, and problem-solving.
• Valid Driver’s License.
