[Hiring] Territory Manager @Reckitt

Role Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our Pharmacy Field Sales team. This role will see you responsible for managing a diverse territory across Western Sydney, North-West Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle and Port Macquarie, helping drive distribution, execution and sales growth across our pharmacy customer base. This is an autonomous, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, executing at store level and taking ownership of their territory performance.

Your focus will be on developing customer partnerships, improving in-store execution and growing Reckitt's presence across your territory. You will spend the majority of your time in market, working directly with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and pharmacy owners to maximise opportunities for both the customer and the business.

• Conducting face-to-face customer calls per week.
• Building distribution and increasing share of shelf across key categories.
• Executing merchandising initiatives, displays and promotional activity in store.
• Delivering product training and detailing to pharmacy staff.
• Managing independent pharmacy contracts and ensuring compliance requirements are achieved.
• Using CRM and reporting tools to manage activity and track performance.
• Identifying growth opportunities and delivering territory sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous Territory Management, Field Sales or Account Management experience.
• Pharmacy, FMCG, grocery or retail experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building capability.
• Experience influencing customers and delivering product education or training.
• Excellent planning and territory management skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to achieve results.
• The ability to work autonomously and remain accountable while working remotely.
• A current Australian driver's licence.
