Role Description
The Territory & Inside Sales Manager is a key contributor within the Watts Water Quality sales organization supporting the Easy Water (EW) business. This role is responsible for driving growth across the US territory by leading inside sales agents, expanding the EW dealer network, and increasing direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. This individual will focus on improving team performance, strengthening dealer partnerships, and maximizing inside sales effectiveness to deliver against revenue and growth objectives across both channels. This position is responsible for supervision of Residential Sales Representatives and reports to the Director of Sales. It is a remote position.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

Leads, coaches, and supports a team of inside sales agents to achieve and exceed defined KPIs, including conversion rates, call activity, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Monitors individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to improve effectiveness and results.

Drives growth of the Easy Water (EW) dealer business by strengthening existing partnerships, increasing engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand dealer sales performance.

Partners with inside sales agents to grow direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue through effective lead management, follow-up, and sales execution.

Aligns team activity and priorities to support balanced growth across both the dealer network and DTC channels.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth.

Identifies and develops new business opportunities within the territory through both direct outreach and team-driven efforts.

Uses data, reporting tools, and CRM systems to track performance, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.

Communicates regularly with leadership on team performance, pipeline status, and growth initiatives across EW and DTC channels.

May participate in customer- and dealer-facing activities, including occasional travel, to support territory growth.

Conducts business with integrity and represents the company with professionalism at all times.

Assumes responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in related field.

5+ years of professional experience required, including demonstrated leadership, coaching, or supervisory responsibilities.

Prior experience supervising, coaching, mentoring, or leading others strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage performance through KPIs, metrics, or productivity goals.

Proven ability to influence team performance and drive results through coaching and accountability.

Strong technical background and/or aptitude.

Strong organizational skills and ability to successfully prioritize activities across team and territory responsibilities.

Must possess excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures.

Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the water treatment, water systems, or plumbing industry is preferred.

Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms is a plus.
Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the Fort Worth, TX location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management.

Pay Range
The expected salary range for this position is $86,000 - $104,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
