[Hiring] Territory Account Executive @Elastic

Role Description

Elastic is searching for a General Business Territory Account Executive focusing on Emerging/Growth Accounts across the United States.

• Individual contributors focused on building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within a defined set of accounts based on a spend profile.
• Accounts have tremendous potential and require an individual focused on ensuring customers successfully leverage Elastic cloud solutions.
• Opportunity to leverage creativity and innovation to help build and grow this exciting set of accounts.

What You Will Be Doing

• Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within this set of accounts by developing and executing a territory strategy/partner plan.
• Serving as an evangelist of our technology, leading with innovative offerings such as GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.
• Identifying and qualifying new opportunities within existing accounts through creativity, inbound lead flow, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, and partners.
• Working cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, partner, product, and customer service teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Identifying new business opportunities, managing through the sales cycle, and closing complex transactions.
• Building a robust business plan using tools like Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience in the software industry preferred.
• Track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions.
• Demonstrated consistent success in forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
• Passion for building new customer relationships and working cross-functionally within a diverse team.
• Technologically adept with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Requirements

• This role will preferably be based out of Austin, Texas, covering accounts across the United States.
• Driven to build your own pipeline and master complex deal cycles.

• Compensation includes base salary plus a variable component, comprising On-Target Earnings (OTE).
• Typical starting OTE range: $131,100 — $207,300 USD.
