Role Description
Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We’re looking for Telephone Sales Representatives to support our clients’ sales programs while also assisting customer service, help desk, and fellow sales teams. You’ll represent some of the world’s most recognizable brands, helping customers find the right solutions and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.

Support inbound customer inquiries and assist with account management tasks.

Identify and act on sales opportunities to upsell or upgrade services.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide clear, effective solutions.

Build strong relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to type 20+ words per minute with accuracy.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer follow-up.

A customer-first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive.

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
