Role Description

This posting is for a regular part-time position with hours ranging from 21-30 hours per week. Availability between 8:00 am – 9:00 pm, 7 days a week, including statutory holidays, is required. Eligibility for this position requires residing in the greater Edmonton or Calgary area.

As a Member Sales Representative (MSR-Sales), you will be a key part of AMA's Consolidated Contact Centre (CCC), where you'll connect with members and prospective members daily to help them find the right memberships, products, and services. This role blends consultative sales, member service, and multi-queue flexibility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and sales experience.
• Bonus points for experience in a contact centre environment.
• Experience using customer service, customer relationship management, or sales systems is an asset.
• Strong sales skills with resilience when handling objections and rejection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and contact centre systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
