[Hiring] Support Account Manager @OXID eSales AG

Role Description

In this role, you will be the primary contact and technical expert for our enterprise customers and partners regarding all inquiries related to the OXID platform, custom functionalities, developments, and payment solutions.

• Identify and utilize new technological approaches, especially in the field of artificial intelligence to support operations, analysis, and continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
• Ensure that our payment modules and connected interfaces are reliable and stable in operation.
• Conduct release and product tests, transparently communicate results to development, ensuring functionality, compatibility, and quality of our solutions.
• Test and review certified partner modules and interfaces, document best practices with your team, and make them accessible to customers and partners.
• Maintain a central knowledge base for platform and payment solutions that enables quick clarifications and supports transparent communication.
• Support our departments with technical questions, actively contributing to the successful implementation of our solutions.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have recently completed your studies or training in computer science and are ready to start your professional career, or you already have some initial work experience.
• Through initial practical experiences, you have good knowledge of object-oriented programming, web applications (in the context of PHP and MySQL), and Apache web servers under Linux/Unix.
• You are familiar with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• You are exceptionally customer-oriented, enjoy regular contact and exchange with customers/partners, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• You speak German fluently, which is necessary for advising our customers. You have solid English skills to communicate effectively with the development team.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and the motivation to actively use AI tools and integrate them into your daily work.
• You are a team player and prefer to tackle topics collaboratively rather than alone.

Requirements

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Salary: €35,000.00 - €46,000.00 per year.
